Don’t Take Granite for Granted

The majority of materials are actually imported from the countries of origin. Italy and Brazil are important sources, along with Turkey, Spain, Greece, Norway, Taiwan, India, and South Africa.
Once the granite is chosen, we will come out and cut a template, which is an exact pattern of your countertops, from which the actual stone is fabricated. I encourage you to come by the showroom so that you may view the actual slabs that will be installed in your home. At that time, we will lay the template on the stone so that you can view vein patterns and any seams that may be needed. From there, once the layout is approved we will then fabricate the stone. Also, when you visit the showroom, you may view where the actual fabrication is done. With MegaGranite, we fabricate and install ourselves, so everyone that comes into your home is part of our team and dedicated to the same goal.
Along with the granite, I will help you choose your edges and go over all your sink options, as well. I’m happy to assist you with backsplash options, flooring options and any general kitchen remodel questions you may have.

Care: Wipe the surface of your countertop as needed with a soft cloth & stone cleaner. Clean up spills immediately. Do not use abrasive household cleaning products of those with acid, bleach, Windex, lemon juice or ammonia on your countertop surface, such as bathroom cleaners, grout cleaners or tub and tile cleaners. Promptly clean any spilled chemical substances, such as bleach or drain cleaner off the granite. Do not use polishes or waxes that were not specifically developed for stone care on your granite countertop. You will also need to seal your granite once a year. The sealant can be purchased at any local home improvement store. This is basically just like a car wax. You will wipe if on and then wipe it off according to directions on the selected sealant.
Use: Protect countertop surfaces with coasters, trivets or place mats. Do not abuse the countertops. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, use that is unreasonable considering the normal and expected use of a kitchen countertop. Do not drop heavy objects on the product or place excessive weight on the surface of the countertop. Do not sit or stand on the product. Protect countertop surfaces by using a cutting board when cutting requires force. Mega 3n1 cleaner product is not a sealer it is just for restoring, protecting, cleaning and maintaining marble, granite & quartz countertops (Available at MegaGranite & Marble).
