Q) We just moved in — when is garbage collection?
A) Garbage is collected on Wednesday morning. Trash cans and items such as grass clippings, recycled material, etc. may be placed on the street on Tuesday evening or early Wednesday morning.
Q) How do I rent the Clubhouse?
A) Download the Clubhouse Reservation Agreement from the RESOURCES page of this site and call the property manager at 826-5884 to reserve a date.

Q) There are cars always parked in the street in front of my neighbors house over night, I know that this is not allowed, what can I do?
A) First, contact the homeowner and ask if they would take care of the situation. If that is not going to fix the problem contact a Board Member and the proper measures will be taken to correct the covenant violation.
Q) I want to have a fence built and close in my back porch does the Association care?
A) Absolutely, all changes to the originally submitted building and landscape plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before you begin any project. In fact depending on where you live in the neighborhood your fence will have to be of specific materials and construction. Please download the ARC Review Request Form and submit it to the property managers box at Home Town Reality or mail it to Grove Hill Homeowners’ Association, P.O. Box 2658, Auburn, AL 36831.
Q) I have lost my pool key, how do I get a new one?
A) Call the property manager at 826-5884 or email barbara@grovehillhoa.com and request a new key. There is a $25 replacement charge for new keys.
